What we do
One team from the first specification through to the inspection that keeps the unit on the road. We supply new MEGC containers, we service the ones already in your fleet — whoever built them — and we engineer the units that don’t exist off the shelf. Sale and supply

ADR inspection and re-certification
Certified ADR testing specialists with two decades in gas-system applications. We run both intervals — the five-year periodic inspection and the ten-year re-certification — on Vítkovice, Hexagon, Umoe, and our own containers. What each interval covers.
Spare parts and component replacement
Valves, pressure-relief devices, gaskets, and fittings for containers already in service. We source and fit the parts for the brands we service, so a unit that needs a component replaced at inspection doesn’t sit idle waiting for it.
Engineering and custom builds
Containers, skids, and mobile filling stations engineered to your specification — pressure rating, payload, route, and integration with the equipment you already run. Our own builds go through the same approval route as everything else we supply, and we service them for their full life. See custom builds.
Installation and commissioning
We install the unit on your site, commission it, and train the people who will run it — the operating routine, the daily checks, and the paperwork that has to travel with the container. The equipment is productive from the first day, not the first month.
Periodic inspection and re-certification
A gas container earns money only while its inspection documents are valid. Under ADR the cycle is fixed — a periodic inspection every five years, and a heavier service at ten. When the date passes, the unit is off the road until it has been through the tests and the paperwork has been reissued.
We do the physical work. The container is stripped down, every cylinder is pressurised to its test pressure, the piping and the valves are tested, the frame is inspected, and the unit is reassembled — all of it in our own workshop, by our own people. Kiwa Inspecta Estonia — our notified body — witnesses the tests and issues the certificate. On a 250-bar MEGC that means a hydraulic test at 375 bar held for the prescribed time, a leak test at working pressure, and the pipework pressurised to 375 bar.
Book the date with us in advance and we plan the work around your operating window — a container standing in a workshop is a container not earning.
Five-year periodic inspection
The interval that keeps the container legal. Documents examined, exterior and interior inspected, every cylinder hydraulically pressure-tested, piping and service equipment tested, frame checked. Anything out of tolerance is corrected or replaced before the unit leaves, and the inspection date is reset for another five years.
Ten-year service
The heavier interval. Everything in the five-year scope, plus the wear items that do not survive a decade on the road: valves and pressure-relief devices replaced, full frame integrity inspection, corrosion protection and coating restored, and the pressure vessels re-approved where the notified body requires it.

Pressures shown are from a 250-bar MEGC; the test pressure always follows the container's own type approval. Disassembly, pressure testing, and reassembly are carried out by Gaznet Industrial; the inspection is certified by our notified body, Kiwa Inspecta Estonia (NB 1336).
